Mie Sedap is one of Sabang’s culinary that you should try while visiting Sabang. This coffee shop is legend! Located at Perdagangan road. Since this road is a single lane road, is even easier to find this place. You just have to focus on the left side of the road. If you feel confused to find this place, feel free to ask the locals. Almost all local residents know this place. Mie Sedap is noodle topped with fish meatball sauce and celery. Served in two servings per variants, dried and boiled noodles. My husband and I try both. Hahaha, kiasuuuuu. The first variant called “pancung” and the second version called “full”. Pancung and full refers to the amount of each portion. Pancung variant have smaller portions than the full version. They also served standard drinks, such as hot coffee, hot tea or ice tea. One of my favorite is soya milk. This beverage is processed from fresh soybeans.

THE REVIEW
NOODLE – Honestly, this noodle wins my heart. For sure, seasoning and ingredient can be recognized easily. Like scallions, garlic, onion and vegetable oil. But, the noodles are special because it’s home-made noodle. I was impressed by the way they cook. If you’re curious you can watch it directly. You can see how the chefs cook the noodles in the kitchen at the back of this shop.
SOYA MILK- Taste delicious, sweet, fresh and not contain preservatives.
